2012

It is impossible to see no, speak no, or hear no evil. Not just because evil is unavoidable at some point in time, but because evil can never be truly defined. Just as beauty is in the eye of the beholder, everything has two sides, and what is evil to you might not be so evil to someone else.

Which brings me to my new years resolution. To me, procrastination is fucking evil. And it definitely has a way of controlling me. I want to try really hard to procrastinate less... It's not going to be overnight (I'm procrastinating something else as I write this), but it's going to be something I will try desperately to be more conscious of. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 7, but I'm off meds and I'm not going to let it control me. 2012 will be a year of accomplishment, not planning. I welcome you guys to join in on this one with me haha. Maybe we can motivate each other.

-sorry in advance for the quality of the rest of these photos, my lens broke so I've been taking photos with my Iphone and photobooth! :(-
I redyed my hair, leaving me with slightly blue hands for new years (but thats okay because my sister made my nails amazing!)
Onto the actual night - I went to a huge concert called OMFG NYE, it was fun, the best part was that I could really feel the moment when the year changed. That's never happened for me before. It was amazing, an enormous amount of people all counting down until 12 and then basically exploding once midnight hit, with a soundtrack to match. It was a cool experience.
(My dress is Brian Lichtenberg, ahhhh!!)

A lot of our friends, like the guy you see in this photo on the right, were wearing shirts for our friend Justin, who recently passed. He would have been there with us that night, so it helped to look around and see his and everyone elses' smiles, and know he was.

I hope everyone had amazing new years, and that you were all safe! 2012, here we come!
